Tips for logging in
Username: use the username from your credentials email — or simply your email address.
Password: copy it exactly from the most recent credentials email, with no space before or after it.
Only the newest password works — passwords from older emails stop working once a new one is sent.
If your browser fills in an old saved password, delete it and paste the new one.
Can't find the email? It comes from noreply@meritric.ca — check your Spam / Junk folder.
Use "Forgot your password?" only if needed — it creates a new password and the current one stops working.
